James Omer Horn, age 70, of Noblesville, IN died Tuesday, April 17, 2018 at his home.
He was born January 20, 1948 at Frankfort, IN to Omer and Gladys Fern (Robbins) Horn.
He was a machinist at Biddle Precision Components at Sheridan, IN for over 34 years.
James was a member of the Noblesville Moose Lodge.
Leisure time would find him working on cars and visiting with long-time friends, Tom and Bill. He also enjoyed fishing and camping but above all he
loved being with his family.
He married Gloria Jean (Malott) Horn on February 10, 1972. She survives him. Also surviving are three sons: Randy (Tina Sebastian) Horn of Sheridan, IN, James (Misty Ogden) Horn of Cicero, IN and Jeremy (Katherine Taylor) Horn of Noblesville, IN, sisters: Diane (Charlie) Young of Monticello, KY, Shirley (Jack) Bergen of Frankfort, IN and Elaine (Terrie) Johnston of Newton Utah. Additional survivors include grandchildren: Austin, Justin, Chase, Connor, Corbin, and Shaylee Horn, and Chandler Pitts, a great-grandchild: Jaxson Horn.
In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by a brother Lemuel Horn.
Funeral services will be held Friday April 20, 2018 at 1:00 P.M. at Hartley Funeral Homes Cicero Chapel, 209 West Jackson Street, Cicero, IN 46034 with visitation from 11:00 A.M. until time of the services.
