Jean Harlow Quinn

Jean Harlow Quinn of Westfield, IN passed away October 5, 2019 at her home surrounded by her family.  She was born November 10, 1934 at Perryville, Kentucky to Mr. & Mrs. Willie B. Wayne, Sr.

She was a graduate of Perryville High School with the Class of 1952.  She the married Joseph Castleman Quinn on November 25, 1954.  He passed away July 13, 2015.  Jean had worked for a few years at Tabernacle Christian Academy at Indianapolis but she most cherished her role as a homemaker.

Jean enjoyed family gatherings, sewing, scrapbooking, making photo albums, and cooking.  She loved and sang gospel music, often joining her talented family.  She was a loving, giving Christian lady to all she met. Her family attested that anyone who visited Jean always left with a gift to express her love and concern for them.

Surviving Jean are sons: Steven (Connie) Quinn of Westfield, IN and Joseph Isaac (Lynette) Quinn of Carmel, IN, daughters: Becky Jean Quinn, Donna Jo Quinn and Pamela Joy Quinn all of Westfield.  Additional survivors include grandchildren: Aaron Quinn, Katherine "Katie" Small, Evan Quinn, Cassidy Quinn, and Thomas Quinn, great-grandchildren: Noah Quinn, Charlotte Quinn, Isaac Quinn, and Lincoln Small.

Those preceding Jean in death include her father: Willie B. Wayne, Sr., her mother: Katherine Wyrick, and her brother: Willie B. Wayne, Jr.

Funeral services will be held Saturday, October 12, 2019 at 4:30 P.M. at Hartley Funeral Homes, 209 West Jackson Street, Cicero, IN 46034 with her family members officiating.  Visitation will be from 2:30 until time of the services.
