John Wendell Crowell, age 67, of Noblesville, IN passed away at his home on August 16, 2018 with his family at his side.
He was born May 23, 1951 at Lebanon, IN to Robert Chester and Dorothy Maxine (Hall) Crowell.
John was a graduate of Franklin High School with the Class of 1970. He became a welder and worked for many years at Tebco Truck and Body Equipment at Indianapolis, IN where they built and added special equipment to tri-axel trucks and other heavy duty vehicles.
In his spare time he loved to fish and was an avid NASCAR fan.
Survivors include his mother: Dorothy Maxine Beaver of Jamestown, KY, wife: Tracy Elizabeth Chaney of Noblesville, daughter: Casey Elizabeth Crowell of Noblesville, brothers: Bob Crowell of Jamestown, KY, Joe Beaver of Cicero, N, Phillip Beaver of New Palestine, IN and Jack Beaver of Clay City, IN, sisters: Connie Hayes of Jamestown, KY and Annette Pelham of Jamestown, KY.
His father, Robert C. Crowell and a sister: Mona Crowell preceded him in death.
