Viola Stroup Turner, age 89, of Waverly, Tennessee passed away Sunday, September 22, 2019 near Atlanta, IN.
She was born December 19, 1929 at Waverly, TN to Oliver Lee and Etha Francis (Lewis) Arnold.
Viola had worked as a manager of Quality Farm & Fleet at Noblesville, IN and later as a county clerk at Waverly, TN. She was a member of the United Methodist Church at Waverly.
She enjoyed reading, crocheting, sewing oil painting and gardening. And she treasured reunions and family gatherings.
Surviving her is her husband Ronald Allison Turner, son: Joseph Edward (Patricia) Stroup of Atlanta, IN and also of Belleview, FL, five grandchildren and eight great-grandchildren.
She was preceded in death by her first husband: George Edward Stroup, her parents, son: Stephen Ray Stroup, and daughter: Mauna Louise Browning.
