Betty Jo Middleton

Betty Jo Middleton, age 92, of Cicero, Indiana passed away Friday, March 12, 2023 at her home.  She was born June 23, 1930 at Owensboro, Kentucky to Clarence William and Dorothy Mae (Clark) Kennedy.  She attended schools in southern Indiana and graduated from Central High School in Evansville, Indiana.

Betty Jo was an industrious person and had worked while raising her family.  She had worked as a pharmacists assistant at Wilborn Hospital at Owensboro, Kentucky and at Nora Apothecary.  She also had worked at Printed Wiring Company in Castleton, IN,  doing her part in making circuit boards.

She enjoyed traveling, reading, scrapbooking, and making various crafts.  Most of all she enjoyed being with her family and she looked forward to their gatherings.

She married John Thomas Middleton August 28, 1953.  He preceded her in death June 14, 2001.  Her parents and her sister, Mary Jean Garcia also preceded her in death.

Surviving her is a son: Charles Thomas (Elizabeth) Middleton of Cicero, IN, daughters: Margaret Ann (Stephen) Parker of Pearland, TX, Peggy Sue (Mike) Culver of Orlando, FL, and Deborah Jo (Duane) Edwards, six grandchildren: Zachary Wiley, Marcy Parker, Erin Middleton, Jon Middleton, Marissa Culver and Jacquelyn Culver plus four great-grandchildren.

Funeral services will be held Friday, March 17, 2023 at 12:00 Noon at Hope Bible Fellowship, 2350 Conner Street, Noblesville, IN with Pastor Don Jennings, II officiating.  A time of visitation will be from 10:00 AM until time of the services.   Burial will follow at Cicero Cemetery.
