Daniel Vincent Day, age 66, of Noblesville, IN passed away March 28, 2021 at his home.
He was born December 8, 1954 at Tipton, IN to Frederick and Georgia (Merchant) Day. He grew up on a farm near Arcadia, IN and graduated from Hamilton Heights High School with the Class of 1973.
Dan, as he was affectionately known was fond of cars from a young age. As an adult he had worked at Tom Roush Agency and Don Hinds Ford Dealership in the parts and service departments. Fords were always his cars of preference. He was a fan of the Chicago Bears, I.U. Basketball and NASCAR.
He is survived by brothers: Fred (Nancy) Day of Rochester, IN and Ben Day of Arcadia, IN, nephew: Dave Day and nieces: Allison Tusing, Michelle Stevens, and Debbie Coburn, special friend: Beth Beaver, her son Jason, and her grandchildren. He was an animal lover and cared deeply for his 14 year old dog, Macy.
Preceding him in death were his parents, Fred & Georgia Day.
Graveside rites will be held at the Cicero Cemetery on April 7, 2021 at 1p.m. where he will be buried beside his parents. The Rev. Neal Brown will give the committal service.
