Obituary
Edward Lee Pearson, age 60, of Arcadia, Indiana passed away July 28, 2023 at St. Vincent Hospital on 86th Street in Indianapolis, IN.
He was born October 18, 1962 at Vincennes, Indiana to Jack and Alice Mae (Yagle) Pearson. He was educated in Hamilton Heights Schools and also by his father. His father was the owner of Pearson Electric Company at Arcadia, Indiana and Ed, as he was fondly known, learned the trade of electrician and working with his father. Ed also repaired lawn mowers.
His family related that Ed always liked to be busy and that resulted in him helping others. Leisure time would find him fishing, watching football games, Westerns and Perry Mason movies and discussing politics with others.
He is survived by his mother Alice Mae Pearson of Arcadia, IN, his daughter: Heather Marie Ramer of Kokomo, IN, sisters: Anita Anderson of Tipton and Jan Phillips of Deming, IN, grandchildren Dylan, Kaitlyn, and Emily, great grandchildren: Cyrus and Amelia.
His father, Jack Pearson and his brother, Douglas Pearson preceded him in death.
Memorial services will be held Friday, September 1, 2023 at 7:00 P.M. at Hartley Funeral Home Cicero Chapel, 209 West Jackson Street, Cicero, Indiana 46034. A time of visitation will be from 5:00 until time of the services. You may send condolences at http://www.hartleyfuneralhomes.com.
