Frances Louise Snow

Frances Louise Snow, age 73, of Cicero, Indiana passed away unexpectedly January 15, 2023 at Riverview Health in Noblesville, Indiana.

She was born August 7, 1949 at Cawood, Kentucky to Charlie and Roxie (Nolan) Helton.  She attended schools in Cawood and graduated from James A. Cawood High School.  She then furthered her education by taking business classes.  She worked in hotel hospitality jobs and later worked at Maple Park Village.

Frances attended United Family Wesleyan Church in Cicero, IN.  She loved Jesus Christ, her Savior and Friend and enjoyed reading her Bible.  She also loved people and always tried to help others in need.

She greatly loved her husband and family and was their mentor and guide.  Her husband said she was the best partner in life and they had a wonderful life together.  She was his "right hand", best friend, soul mate, and loving wife.

During leisure time she enjoyed Bingo, word puzzles, card and board games.

She married Evert G. Snow on December 10, 1971 who survives her.  Additional survivors include a daughter: Tina R. Savasuk of Marietta, GA, sons: Evert L. Snow of Sheridan, IN, and Shawn G. Snow of Albuquerque, New Mexico, brother: Gene Helton of Acworth, GA, sister: Dorothy "Dot" Helton of Cicero, IN, grandchildren: Conner, Tristan, Madison, Alaina, Cailin, Ashlin, Braedon, Kaley and Garrett.

She was preceded in death by her parents, sisters; Esta Mae Griffin, Mildred Chaney, Peggy Harris, and Margie Rolfes, brothers: Charles Helton, Thomas Helton, Billy Joe Helton and a grandson: Chase Savasuk.

Funeral services will be held Friday, January 20, 2023 at United Family Wesleyan Church, 210 Washington Avenue, Cicero, IN 46034 at 3:00 P.M. with a time of visitation from 2:00 until time of the service.  A private family time will be from 1:00 to 2:00 P.M.  Hartley Funeral Home Cicero Chapel is entrusted with Mrs. Snow's services and where you may send condolences at http://www.hartleyfuneralhomes.com.
