James Allan Harriman

February 8, 1952 ~ February 2, 2022 (age 69)

Obituary

James Allan Harriman entered life on February 8, 1952 and passed away on February 2, 2022 following an extended illness.

On may 9, 1996 "Jim" as he was fondly known married Nancy Jane (Davis) Harriman and together built a blended family.  For the past 20 years they have called Cicero home.  Jim is survived by his beloved wife Nancy, three adult children: Jennifer Rohr, Angela Miller and Trent Benefiel.  Their union continued to be blessed with 12 grandchildren who found comfort and love sitting on his lap and listening to his soothing voice throughout the years.

Jim was a living library of family history and loved to thoroughly share his knowledge with anyone who liked to receive this gift.

He is now with those who have passed from this life before him.

A celebration of life will be Saturday, February 19, 2022 from 10:00 A.M. until time of the services that will begin at 12:00 Noon at Hartley Funeral Homes Cicero Chapel, 209 West Jackson Street, Cicero, IN 46034.  In lieu of flowers, the family asks that you share a memory of Jim, say a prayer or song with someone that is suffering, sad, or lonely.  Or you may make a donation to Wounded Warrior Project.  You may send condolences at http://www.hartleyfuneralhomes.com.
