Janet Lee Bolin

Janet Lee Bolin age 82, of Arcadia, IN passed away December 14, 2019 at her home.

She was born March 21, 1937 at Hartford City, IN to John Roger and Edna Stella (Coulter) Boyles.

She attended Indiana Academy at Cicero, IN and graduated with the Class of 1954.

Janet married her high school sweetheart and love of her life, James Ernest Bolin on April 15, 1956 and to them was born seven children.
She loved her role as wife, mother and grandmother and greatly enjoyed family gatherings.  She also enjoyed reading, puzzle books, crocheting and vacationing with family and friends.

She was an active member of the Cicero Seventh-day Adventist Church and strong supporter of Adventist education.

She was preceded in death by her husband, her parents, a daughter: Diana Lynn Bolin and sisters: Geraldin Boyles and Kathleen Bequeth.

Surviving her are sons: Dennis LeeDean Bolin of Dallas, Texas, Douglas Wayne Bolin of Downers Grove, Illinois, Duane Ernest Bolin of Berrien Springs, Michigan, Darryl Dean Bolin of Apopka, Florida, and Dr. David Lynn Bolin of Frankton, IN, a daughter: Dr. Delynne Shepard of Arcadia, IN, a sister: Shirley Ballenger of Hartford City, Indiana, eleven grandchildren and five great-grandchildren plus several nieces, nephews, and cousins.

Funeral services will be held Monday, December 23, 2019 at Cicero Seventh Day Adventist Church, 24445 State Road 19, Cicero, IN 46034 at 12:00 Noon, with visitation from 10:00 A.M. until time of the services.  Burial will occur at Carey Cemetery north of Noblesville, IN.  Memorial contributions may be made to Indiana Academy and mailed to The Jim & Janet Bolin Memorial Scholarship Fund, 24815 State Road 19, Cicero, IN 46034.  Please write the Fund name on the memo line of the check.  Hartley Funeral Home Cicero Chapel is entrusted with the services where you may send condolences at http://www.hartleyfuneralhomes.com.
