Jeanne Maree Cappelli

Jeanne Maree Cappelli, age 95, of Fishers, IN passed away January 3, 2019 at her home.  She was born April 12, 1924 at Oak Lawn, Illinois to Ralph and Lenora Mosbaugh.

She graduated from Oak Lawn High School and furthered her education at Eastern Kentucky State College earning a Masters Degree in education.  She had taught school for New Albany, Spencer, and Worthington School Corporations.

She was a member of Calvary Temple at Ft. Wayne, IN.  She faithfully read and studied her Bible and memorized many scriptures.  She also enjoyed sewing, reading and family gatherings. 

She first married Donald Hughes who passed away in 1971.  Then in 1977 she married James Cappelli, who also preceded her in death in 2018.  In addition to her husbands, she was also preceded in death by her parents, a son: Gary Cappelli and daughters: Donna Trigilio and Debbie Nichols.

Surviving her is a daughter: Martha "Marti" Johnson of Decatur, IL, sons: Carl Cappelli of Ft. Wayne, IN and William Cappelli of Ft. Wayne, IN,15 grandchildren and several great-grandchildren.

Funeral services will be held Saturday, January 11, 2020 at 12 Noon at Hartley Funeral Homes Cicero Chapel, 209 West Jackson Street, Cicero, IN 46034 with pastor Andrea Leininger officiating.  Burial will follow at Arcadia Cemetery.  Visitation will be from 11:00 A.M. until time of the services.
