Leonard A. Hall

On Wednesday, July 28, 2021, Leonard A. Hall, 86, of Cicero, IN passed away peacefully.  Leonard was born on October 17, 1934 at Champaign, Illinois, the son of Myrl and Fay (Ketch) Hall.  He graduated from Casey High School where he played basketball, football and was named on the All State Team.

After graduation from High School he entered the U.S. Air Force.  Upon being honorably discharged in 1956, he attended Illinois University.  He then entered the medical field as Operations Director for Americana Nursing Homes, Effingham, Lakeland, and lastly the Arcadia Developmental Center in Arcadia, IN.

On December 4, 1971 he married Erna M. (Mascher) Hall.  Leonard enjoyed fishing, boating, sailing, traveling and spending time with his family and his sweetheart, Erna Mae.  He was a member of the Arcadia Lions Club and the Emanuel Lutheran Church also in Arcadia.

Leonard is survived by his wife, Erna Mae Hall, five children: Kelly (H.T.) Foley, Janice (Len) Prazak, Sandy (Bill) Malott, Jeff (Alissa) Hall, Eric (Eva) Hall and grandchildren: Ashley, Cody, Giana, Daniel, Erin, Kevin, Tara, Josh, Brittney, and Evan, and 17 great-grandchildren.

He was preceded in death by his parents Myrl and Fay Hall.
