Lowell Heiser, age 89, of Cicero, Indiana, passed away at his home on December 2, 2021. He was born in Swayzee, Indiana to DeVaughn and Lois (Mitchell) Heiser.
He was a graduate of Swayzee High School with the Class of 1951. He then honorably served his country in the U.S. Army from 1952 to 1955.
Lowell was a successful businessman and loved to wheel and deal. Heiser Ford Dealership, farming, and real estate were his passions. He loved nature and spent a lot of time watching his bird and deer feeders. He also loved his family greatly and cared immensely for their welfare. Nothing could light up his eyes more than the sight of his great-grandchildren.
He was preceded in death by his parents and his wife of sixty years, Carol June Heiser. Lowell and Carol dearly loved their family and greatly enjoyed traveling together.
Lowell is survived by his sisters; Wilma (Richard) Himelick and Kathryn (Jerry) Talbert. his children: Samuel (Michelle) Heiser, M.D., Daniel (Esther) Heiser, Ph.D., and Janelle (Malcom) Davidson, R.N., along with six grandchildren and seven great-grandchildren. His last years were spent with his friend, Barbara Echelbarger. They were a wonderful blessing for each other.
No formal services will be held at this time.
