Steven Douglas Peo

Steven Douglas Peo, age 71, of Cicero, Indiana passed away March 16, 2023 at I.U. North Hospital near Carmel, Indiana.

He was born October 8, 1951 at Michigan City, Indiana to Carl Walter and Marian Helen (Peters) Peo.  His parents preceded him in death.

Steven graduated from Elston High School in Michigan City, Indiana, then furthered his education earning a BS Degree at Purdue University.  He also honorably served his country in the U.S. Marine Corp. He then worked for several years in sales of technology equipment for the garment industry.

He enjoyed fishing, boating, golfing and woodworking, and was a loyal fan of the Chicago Bears and Purdue Sports.  He dearly loved his family and they said his dogs were a close second.

He married Linda Leigh (Hallin) Peo on August 25, 1973 and they were blessed with two daughters, Emily Jan (Robert) Hackett of Cicero, IN and Amanda Jill (Michael) Dorris of Indianapolis.  Additional survivors include his bother: Jim (Paula) Peo of Terre Haute, IN, a niece: Beth Timko of Indianapolis, IN and four grandchildren: Ashton, Mason, Addison, and Jake.
